New contributions on Sport Biomechanics and Antiobiotics

We´re very proud of Dr. Alejandra Polanco and our Ph.D. student Santiago's two new contributions. Congratulations to them and all their collaborators.

Alejandra's contribution aims to discover the sweet spot of comfort in cycling: Our latest study delves into how a cyclist's posture impacts vibration exposure during time-trial events, shedding light on optimizing performance and comfort on the road. #CyclingResearch #ComfortOptimization

Santiago´s work combines his master's thesis with an exploration of key elements for his Ph.D. thesis. This study explores the potential of cannabidiol (CBD) and cannabigerol (CBG) in combating oral bacteria and biofilms while also delving into their immune-modulatory effects on periodontal ligament fibroblasts. Promising findings suggest a potential clinical application for these compounds. #OralHealth #CBDResearch".
